True Stories December 14

2016-09-16-05-04-46-pmStories drive humankind to persevere no matter what. Money problems? Love gone wrong? Work horrors? Bring us your true story, on theme and with a beginning, middle and an end, and we’re here to laugh with you. Er, listen.

WHO: True Stories, brought to you by Keep St. Pete Lit, with host Lisa Kirchner

WHAT: A themed monthly storytelling show featuring personal, true stories

WHERE: Iberian Rooster 475 Central Ave *New Location*

WHEN: Wednesday, December 14

THEME: FAMILIES

Second Wednesday of every month, stories start at 9pm

HOW IT WORKS: Each month features a curated storyteller, and YOU. Every person in the audience has the chance to tell a story. Put your name in the hat (or maybe not a hat), and if you’re called you get five minutes to tell your real-life story. No props. No notes. So whether you come to tell or listen, it’s a night you won’t soon forget, because every show a once-in-a-lifetime event.

The audience picks the “best” story of the night.

Admission is $5 suggested donation. There is no free admission. Read more HERE.
