Nicole Caron leads the English as a Second Language and First-Year Writing Programs and teaches writing and literature at Ringling College of Art + Design. An award-winning copywriter, Nicole writes freelance articles and creates headlines and taglines for businesses and non-profits. She is at work on her debut novel, a series of essays about writers and writing, and a collection of tanka scheduled for publication by Chapter Two Press in 2017. Nicole also has over 15 years of experience, teaching composition, literature and English as a Second Language at community colleges and universities in Oregon, Connecticut and Florida.
